This ceramics course is designed for students seeking a deeper understanding of ceramic materials, art and design principles, and technical processes in a collaborative and problem-solving environment. Students will explore advanced techniques in hand-building, wheel throwing, and surface decoration, with a focus on individual artistic development and conceptual growth. Emphasis will be placed on the integration of aesthetic and functional considerations, as well as the historical and contemporary context of ceramics.
