PE 193AF — Beginning Weight Lifting and Weight Training 1 Unit

54 hours lab per term. This course is designed for beginner individualized instruction and supervision of students with individualized strength training programs using Life Fitness, Universal and Olympic weights. It is for men and women of all ages who are interested in learning the beginner workouts for muscle toning, muscle rehabilitation, and/or weight redistribution.
