PE 165 — F Lifetime Fitness 1 Unit

54 hours lab per term. This course provides cardiovascular fitness training, strength and conditioning exercises and nutrition programs to improve in the components of health related physical fitness. Each student will develop an individual program suited to his/her goals. Lab will cover cardio and strength training exercises, nutritional links, exercise goal setting and adaptation.
