PE 159 — F Strength Training-Olympic Weights 0.5-2 Units
18-72 hours lab per term. This course is an open-entry lab experience for those people who want to get maximum physical return for a limited time invested. This course is designed to provide instruction and supervision of students with individualized strength programs using Olympic weights and nautilus apparatus. It is for men and women of all age groups who are interested in muscle toning, muscle rehabilitation, strength increases and body building. Workout times are adjusted to the student's schedule.
