HORT 153 — F Landscape Irrigation 3 Units

36 hours lecture and 54 hours lab per term. This course covers principles and practices of installing simple irrigation systems. It includes the study of fittings, piping, valves, backflow preventers, controllers and sprinklers; basic hydraulics, friction loss calculations and beginning irrigation design area also discussed.
