HIST 154 — F Ancient Egypt 3 Units
54 hours lecture per term. This course surveys Egyptian politics, economy, society, religion, and the arts from the Pre-dynastic period through Cleopatra. It also investigates Egypt's connections with neighboring cultures of Africa, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East. An introduction to hieroglyphs is included.
