DANC 200 — F Dance Appreciation: A Classical Ballet Retrospective 3 Units
54 hours lecture per term. This course is designed to expose the student to the performance of classical ballet by major dance companies from around the world and historical artists in performance. This course examines the thematic material of individual ballets, the era from which they came, the history of the choreographers, and the influences of society on ballet.
