ART 189 — F Beginning Painting 3 Units
36 hours lecture and 72 hours lab per term. This course is an introduction to materials and techniques of painting. The focus is on using observational skills to render basic objects using value, textures and principals of design. Students are developing elementary skills of painting as a means of self-expression.
