AJ 220 — F Criminal Procedure 3 Units
54 hours lecture per term. This course provides an examination and analysis of due process in criminal proceedings from pre-arrest through trial and appeal. This course describes stages of criminal justice process and reviews basic constitutional rights associated with the investigation and adjudication of criminal cases.
