EDUC 203 — Teacher Preparation III Practicum

This is a practicum course for educators who provide instructional assistance for migrant students, multilingual learners, and/or diverse learners. Participants in this course will develop knowledge of current pedagogical practices to support multiple-subject instructional content. The focus of the course is Teaching Performance Expectations 2 (TPE 2): Creating and Maintaining Effective Environments for Student Learning, where participants reflect on their own teaching practice and level of subject matter and pedagogical knowledge to plan and implement instruction to improve student learning. This course includes work experience in the school/classroom environment.
