AGAS 421 — Equine Production and Management

This course provides a study of current management practices in the horse industry with an emphasis on foal, young, performing, geriatric, and breeding horse management. Nutrition, disease, preventative health care, reproductive management, facility development and maintenance will also be studied over the course of the semester.
