KINS 009C — Badminton Advanced 1 Unit

This course will cover the necessary skills for performing in badminton at the advanced level including footwork and court positioning, reading the opponents' strengths and weaknesses and adjusting tactics, developing greater power with control in all shots. Competitive matches are played regularly.
