PEHW 126 — Weight Training-Level 2

Proper resistance training techniques and program design concepts are taught in detail, building upon concepts from . Supersets, compound sets, and The Big Six movements (squat, bend/deadlift, lunge, push, pull, twist) are introduced. Students create personalized workouts based on individual fitness assessments. Various types of periodization strategies are introduced. May be repeated two times for credit.
