ATR 230 — Field Archeology (1-3) (1,6)
The course will introduce students to methods of archeological excavation and survey of prehistoric and historic sites. Students will also explore mapping procedures as they identify and document basic artifacts discovered at the field site. Throughout the course, students will explore Midwest cultural history as they situate the artifacts within the proper time period/context.
