Art Appreciation is a general introduction to the visual arts, including media, techniques, and history. Designed to foster a deeper appreciation of the creative processes of two- and three-dimensional art forms, methods, and media. This course examines the visual elements and principles of design and thematically surveys art styles and artistic movements from prehistory to the 21st century.
