3.00 credit hours Continuation of the litigation process begun in Litigation I concentrating on the evidentiary aspects of the lawsuit from the discovery phase to the disposition of the case by the trial court and ultimately the appellate court. Emphasis given to gathering evidence, drafting appropriate documents, summarizing depositions, introducing evidence at trial, and perfecting an appeal.
