PHYS 1010 - Introductory Physics I Add to Personal Catalog PHYS 1010 - Introductory Physics I As Needed It focuses on a conceptual survey of topics in physics including fundamentals of motion, forces, energy, momentum, waves and heat. It also has a laboratory component. The course is primarily designed for liberal arts and other non-science majors, but science majors with a weak physics background may wish to use it as an introduction to physics principles. 3 hours lecture and 3 hours laboratory.
