EDUC 2000 - Introduction to Education Add to Personal Catalog EDUC 2000 - Introduction to Education F - Dyersburg/F - JNC The course also provides instruction in classroom management, student academic learning levels and diverse backgrounds, the workings of a school, a brief history of education, the components of an effective lesson plan, incorporating technology into instruction, as well as preparing effectively for the hiring process. Observation/Field Experience/Service Learning is required for this course. (Note: An additional cost of a criminal background check and liability insurance may be required for Observation/Field Experience/Service Learning. Students may also be required to attend an out of class orientation and/or professional development events.) 3 hours lecture.
