DMIS 1160 — Legal Issues of Health Care-Sonography 1 Credit Hour

Students will be introduced to the legal system as it applies to the medical field. Medical malpractice cases will be reviewed and discussed. Students will be taught how to protect themselves from becoming involved in a medical malpractice case. (1 lecture hours)
