MATH 150S — College Algebra for Liberal Arts Corequisite Support Lab Units: 1

This is a laboratory course that supports students who are enrolled in college algebra. Hands on assignments and guided study that focuses on the examination of the general concept of a function and function notation, as well as an in-depth investigation of polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic functions, particularly their equations, graphs, and behavior. Additional topics include; improving arithmetic and algebra skills, reading and writing in mathematics, and preparing students for quizzes and tests in a college algebra course.
