NURS 3351. RESEARCH AND EVIDENCE-BASED NURSING PRACTIVE(3-0-3) Scholarly exchange prepares the baccalaureate nurse to understand the language of research and the scientific process through evaluation of quantitative, qualitative, and mixed method research methodology as a foundation for evidence-based practice in the healthcare setting. This course will investigate research methods and findings and promote appraisal skills to support evidence-based, patient-centered care, quality improvement, and safety outcomes.
