LGLA1005 — Basic Mediation Training; 40 H
Includes processes used for settling conflicts and identifying effective dispute resolution systems used outside of court. Participants learn about mediation, the varying types with a focus on Facilitative Mediation. Partnering with Nueces Dispute Resolution Services, participants will learn about and engage in the mediation process from intake to agreement.
