MAD 127 — C Fantasy Film Genre 3 Units
Term hours: 54 lecture. Fantasy films are films that belong to the fantasy genre with fantastic themes, usually magic, supernatural events, mythology, folklore, or exotic fantasy worlds. A primary focus of this class is the analysis of technical advancements in film production and cinematic techniques and styles present in the genre. Students study films screened as part of the course activities. (UC/CSU, AA GE)
