KIN 137 — C Mountaineering and Rock Climbing (formerly PE 142 C) 1 Unit
Formerly PE 142 C Term hours: 54 laboratory hours. This course is designed for those students wishing to develop beginning through advanced skills in mountaineering/rock climbing. Teaching emphasis is on preparation, knowledge of equipment, physical techniques and the mental approach to climbing. Facility use fee required, to be paid throughout the semester at the facility. Pass/No Pass/Letter Grade Option. (UC/Credit Limitation/CSU, AA GE).
