GEOL 120 — C Geology of California 3 Units
Term hours: 54 lecture. This course is designed to acquaint the student with the physical and historical geology of the natural provinces of California. This includes mineral deposits, rock types, tectonic structures, fossils and surface features within each province. Natural hazards such as earthquakes, volcanoes, and mass wasting within California will be explored. Field trip fees not to exceed $40. Pass/No Pass/Letter Grade option.
