ETHS 153 — C Chicana-o-x and Latina-o-x Contemporary Issues 3 Units
Term hours: 54 lecture. This course focuses on the contemporary issues, major characteristics, and significant contributions of the Chicana/o/x and Latina/o/x communities in the United States. An interdisciplinary approach will be used to analyze contemporary sociological topics including, but not limited to, immigration, education, politics, gender and sexuality, social welfare, criminal justice, religion and the family.
