EDU 200 — C Elementary School Teaching 3 Units
This course provides an overview of the teaching profession for students who are considering a career in elementary school teaching. The course will address the philosophies of education, the history of education in America, the sociology of education, contemporary issues in education, and the role of education in American society. In addition, students will gain experience through 45 hours of required fieldwork in K-6 elementary classrooms. (UC/CSU, C-ID:EDUC 200)
