ES 009A — Beginning Cardio Dance Exercise
Introduction to cardio dance exercise fitness through rhythmic movement to condition the musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems. Emphasis is placed on enhancing cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and flexibility through assessment and monitoring. Students will also explore principles of fitness and wellness, along with related health topics to support lifelong health and well-being. (CSU/UC) (AA/AS-7B)
