ECON 110 — Economic Issues and Policies

A one-semester course that provides general elementary knowledge of basic economic concepts and serves as an introduction to more advanced economics courses. Surveys current economic subjects including consumer economics, inflation, recession, competition, monopoly, world trade and competing economic systems. Not open to students with credit in ECON C2002 (formerly ECON 120) or ECON C2001 (formerly ECON 121). (CSU/UC) (AA/AS-4, Cal-GETC-4)
