Course Menu: Cheeseburger Sliders Grilled Flank Steak With Chimichurri Classic Beef Stroganoff Herb-Crusted Eye of Round Beef Fajitas Registration Information: To register for class, you must have an active Tri-C student number. If you are new to Tri-C, or if you haven’t taken a class in the past year, you’ll need to complete the online application at: www.tri-c.edu/ncregistration. Student numbers become inactive after one year of no enrollment. Completing the online application will either issue you a new student number (if you are new) or reactivate your existing number (if you are returning). Applications can take up to 10 business days to process. Once complete, your student number will be emailed to you, and you’ll be able to register and pay for class. Additional Information: You will receive a student welcome email up to three business days before the course start date.
