$230 (12-months to complete) The Supervisors and Managers Soft Skills Bundle will equip managers with the basic skills needed to maintain employee motivation and production. It is never easy to take the lead, as you will need to make decisions and face challenges. However, it can become natural and rewarding. Within these workshops students will learn budgets and financial reports, coaching and mentoring, conducting employee reviews, employee motivation, knowledge management, leadership and influence, Six Sigma, office politics, performance management, self-leadership, supervising others and team building. Managers and supervisors will become more efficient and proficient, with information on delegating, managing time, setting goals and expectations (for themselves and others), providing feedback, resolving conflict and administering discipline.
