BADM 1070 — BADM-1070 Introduction to Project Management
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to project management, outlining and applying project management processes, principles, and techniques that can be employed when implementing a project. Students will learn what project management is, its benefits, and the types challenges that project managers routinely encounter. Students will also learn how current industry trends have re-shaped modern project management. Project startup and definition, project planning and design, project management and project monitoring and evaluation methods are emphasized throughout this course.
