BADM 1050 — BADM-1050 Professional Success Strategies
This course is designed to provide students with opportunities for self-exploration, career discovery and transition, and career/life planning to achieve sustainable success in a multi-cultural society. Planning and organizational skills highlighting a systematic approach to career development will be utilized by examining the student’s personality type, values, interests, skillset, management style and decision-making processes. Students will apply knowledge of the corporate environment, diversity, ethics, teamwork and professionalism to manage interpersonal challenges and maximize personal and professional relationships. Students will facilitate meetings, set goals, use a time management system and demonstrate effective verbal and written communications.
