IDFC 1013 — Solid State Devices I

Introduces the physical characteristics and applications of solid state devices. Topics include: introduction to semiconductor fundamentals, diode applications, basic applications, basic transistor fundamentals, basic amplifiers, and semiconductor switching devices.

Prerequisites: IDSY 1101, IDSY 1105
