ENGL 0825 - Learning Support Writing/Reading ENGL 0825 - Learning Support Writing/Reading This Students will learn about the writing process, addressing such topics as outlining, constructing arguments, conducting research, documenting sources, and revising as the main method of improving writing. The course also focuses on essential reading topics such as vocabulary development, main ideas, major and minor supporting details, inferential reading, critical/logical reading, and strategic reading. Demonstration of mastery of Learning Support Writing Competencies 1 and 2 and Learning Support Reading Competencies 1 and 2 is required for successful completion. Upon successful completion of English 0825, the student receives three institutional credits. Students enrolled in this are also required to co-enroll in ENGL 1010 .
