Prerequisite(s): MUS 121 Corequisite(s): None This course provides an introduction to the music education profession. Emphasis is placed on creating successful music learning environments and the role of the music educator. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills related to the philosophy and methods of teaching music. This course has been approved for transfer under the CAA and ICAA as a premajor and/or elective course requirement.
