A Field of Study is a set of courses designed to satisfy the lower division requirements of a corresponding bachelor's degree. Completing a Field of Study provides students with the peace of mind that their credits will undoubtedly transfer into their desired degree and major. Plus, by completing both the core curriculum and the Field of Study at CBC, students increase the likelihood of satisfying the full requirements of their first two years of a four -year degree, which allows them to enter a Texas public university as a junior.
