DAT 111 — Clinical Practice I
This course is designed to allow the student the opportunity for clinical observation and practical work experience in clinical settings under the supervision of a licensed dentist. Emphasis will be placed on the basic skills of chair-side assisting. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate basic skills in the area of chair-side assisting. Credit Hours: 5 Lecture: 1 Lab: 0 Clinical/Practicum: 4 (3 contact hours:1 credit hour)
