Provides the student with practical experience in an actual job setting. This internship allows the student to become involved in on-the-job brewing and fermentation applications that require practice and follow through. Topics include: work ethics, skills, and attitudes; demands of the Brewing & Fermentation industry; craft brewer business management; safety and sanitation, and equipment maintenance.

Prerequisites: BFPT 1100, BFPT 1105, BFPT 1110, BFPT 1120, BFPT 1130, BFPT 1145, BFPT 1150, BFPT 1170, BFPT 1180
