WMT 135 — Windsor Chair

This course introduces the student to the materials, methods, and tools used to make and manufacture a reproduction of an eighteenth century Windsor chair. Topics include layout, jig creation, steam bending, and shaping the various chair components, final assembly, and finishing of the chair. This course is not open or available to students who have received credit for WMT 235.
