PEX 132 — Indoor Cycling
Students will receive practical instruction in ways to improve their cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition through indoor bicycling. Basic drills and intensity training will be included. Lectures may include the areas of basic nutrition, body composition, posture analysis, and principles of safe and effective exercise on an indoor bicycle. This course is not open to students who have received credit in PE 136.
