PEX 121 — High-Intensity Interval Training

Each workout will consist of a series of 6-8 High-Intensity Exercises followed by short bouts of rest. Students will improve endurance and burn fat within a short amount of time. Each exercise can be modified for all levels of fitness and injury prevention will be stressed. Students will learn about the basic principles of fitness and wellness and the benefits of High-Intensity Interval Training.
