MUS 118 — Voice III
This course emphasizes the technical foundations of singing learned in Voice I and II. The song literature is more advanced and requires and understanding of a broad range of styles as previously discussed in the earlier courses. Ear training and musicianship require specific reading and identification skills. Stylistic interpretation is focused on, as well as performance techniques. Greater involvement with microphone and recording techniques will be encouraged.
