This is an introduction to immigration law including history and administration of U.S. Immigration law, citizenships, nationality, immigrant and non-immigrant categories, admission rules to U.S., removal procedures and refugees and asylum. Rules governing preparation of the various immigration forms will also be discussed and reviewed.
