Liability Insurance Students enrolled in selected programs must also purchase personal liability insurance. These programs include Cosmetology, Barbering, Early Childhood Care and Education, and all medical/health programs. The liability insurance fee must be paid when the student signs up for a class that requires clinical coursework. Failure to pay the liability insurance fee will result in the student not being able to participate in the program. The fee is non-refundable.
