This course explains the major legal principles and concepts of the U.S. Constitution including governmental powers and structure, and civil liberties. Additionally, this course includes an exploration of the history of the Constitution and case law interpreting it. Prerequisite: ENGL 1101, LGST 1100, LGST 1105
