RELATIONS (45-0-3) This course introduces the student to the purpose and application of the Federal Bankruptcy Code and Rules, as well as applicable state law related to bankruptcy and debtor- creditor issues. Topics include: the Bankruptcy Code and Rules, Bankruptcy Court procedures, the preparation of bankruptcy forms and documents, state law workouts and collection, and ACADEMIC PROGRAMS CENTRAL GEORGIA TECHNICAL COLLEGE the role of the paralegal in a bankruptcy practice.
