This course covers the operation and maintenance of organization systems, to include hydraulics, design concepts, and flow measurements. Other topics include inflow and infiltration of the system, recordkeeping, interviewing, employee relations, legal issues, purchasing, budgeting, health and safety liabilities, and preventive maintenance programs.
