SEFMFGL1 — Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
This course introduces the core methodologies of the Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Model (D.M.A.I.C.) which combines the disciplines of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. This course is intended for people designated to be "team leaders" for process improvement projects.
