To be considered under this program, a student must submit the following paperwork: ● Completed application ● Complete set of acceptable (meeting the required levels for placement in concurrent classes) test scores ● Current immunization (shot) record ● Copy of high school transcript. ● Full payment or a payment plan ● Completed FERPA form Concurrent Student Admission, Registration, and Withdrawal Process All concurrent students should apply for admission in the fall and spring semesters. Registration BRTC’s Director of Career, Technical, and Concurrent Education will visit each high school in April-May to register for the upcoming fall semester and in October-November to register for the upcoming spring semester. Registration Deadlines Specific registration deadlines are determined by each high school. Students should contact their high school counselor or principal for registration dates or call or email the Director of Career, Technical, and Concurrent Education.
